27 August 1905 | Jewish woman, Fortunée Eskenazi, was born in Havana (Cuba). Her family originated from Thessaloniki (then in Ottoman Empire). In 1924 they moved to France.

She was deported to #Auschwitz from Drancy on 30 May 1944.

She survived the war.
Fortunée Eskenazi passed away in Paris in 1996.
