The last time I used voice transcription, I was midway through a text to my mother when it transcribed, "[family dog's name] I swear to god if you just pissed on the floor..." and it kind of opened my eyes to just how easily shit like this could happen.

My mom, who relies on TTS to type nowadays, often does this one. She finishes talking, forgets to pause recording, then tells me to do something, and finally she finds out that bit got added so she needs to manually delete it. At least she always double-checks before pressing Send.
