Términos de Servicio

The administration reserves the right of blocking any content that can be deemed illegal or offensive. Minor issues may be dealt with a written warning. Major issues may be dealt with a permanent ban. Content that can be deemed illegal or offensive includes, but is not limited to the ones listed on the rules above.

Rules

  1. We do not permit any directed harassment to protected groups because of their condition, or any content that glorifies it.
  2. We do not permit the spread of copyrighted content that does not adhere to the rules of fair use.
  3. We do not permit or condone unjustified calls to violence, or content that promotes such calls.
  4. We do not permit the transmission of content intended for adults (involving sex, drugs, and such) that is not properly marked as Not Safe For Work (NSFW), nor any content or actions that can be considered as illegal otherwise. (For the latter purpose, this server adheres to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Costa Rica.)
  5. We do not condone any actions that trigger the excessive usage of the resources of the server such that it significantly reduces the performance for users.
  6. We do not permit any behavior that significantly disrupts the dynamics of the community.
  7. We do not permit the malicious spreading of personal information.
  8. Finally, we do not permit any attempts to circumvent any blocks resulting from the violation of the above.

Declaración de Privacidad

At the time of registration, and for providing communications between the user account and their contacts, the user has to provide a display name, a username and a working email address. The names will be accessible on the profile page of the account by any visitor of the page, even if other profile details are not displayed. The email address will only be used to send the user notifications about interactions, but wont be visibly displayed. The listing of an account in the node's user directory or the global user directory is optional and can be controlled in the user settings, it is not necessary for communication.

Estos datos son necesarios para la comunicación y se transmiten a los nodos de los socios de comunicación y se almacena allí. Los usuarios pueden ingresar datos privados que pueden ser transmitidos a las cuentas de los socios de comunicación.

At any point in time a logged in user can export their account data from the account settings. If the user wants to delete their account they can do so at https://hub.azkware.net/settings/userexport. The deletion of the account will be permanent. Deletion of the data will also be requested from the nodes of the communication partners.
