The left are now designated as terrorists not only in the USA but also UK.

The left is about the collective, standing together, building community and helping the most vulnerable, and to do that you have to oppose inequality and unaccountable power.

If those are your values, you are a terrorist in the eyes of fascists. While those same people talk of Israeli "settler violence" if they talk of it at all, as people are besieged and terrorised to evict them from their own homes and steal their land.

At some point we all become terrorists in someone's eyes, so the term is meaningless without context.

If something similar happens to Riseup, the Tor foundation may also be targeted because they mention Riseup emails as acceptable to receive bridges alongside Gmail in the how to get bridges guide. Could they use that the Tor foundation is giving bridges (which they could argue are "weapons") to terrorists because they classified them as such?
Could they classify the Fediverse/Mastodon as a "decentralized terrorist organization of foreign origin" next?
